Complaints Procedure
We aim to resolve complaints fairly and quickly. Please email support@freshvanman.co.uk with the subject "Complaint" and include your order number, what went wrong, and the outcome you'd like.
- We acknowledge complaints within 2 business days.
- We aim to provide a full response within 10 business days.
- If unresolved, UK consumers may use the Citizens Advice consumer service or escalate via the ODR platform.
